The studio is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment. Tours are freely given by appointment as well. The rates for renting our studio are: Hourly rental: $5000 Half day - 5 hrs: $23500 (5% discount) Full day - 10 hrs: $55000 (10% discount) $450 for the day + $100 clean-up fee. Weekly - 5 days/10 hrs ea: $2,12500 (15% discount) Clean-up fees will be estimated at time of reservation. Pre-pay 6 days, get the 7th day free: $2,40000 (20% + 1 free day) Our pre-pay plan allows you to take advantage of greater cost savings without being limited to specific days - you choose when to use them! You will get priority scheduling, first option on cancellations and your days do not expire. All reservations require a 25%, non-refundable deposit.
